Fantastic news a lot of us have been waiting for for a LONG time! 
Hikki will be behind the theme song for KH III!
Also 2 new remixes of both Simple & Clean and Hikari will be released digitally on 11.01.2017 ^^ These remixes were featured in the most recent trailers for KH 2.8 HD and are available for pre-order on iTunes ^^
Can't find the P's Club Mix yet ^^

Utada's father said that they are eager to do a song for KH3 but the decision is not official. Why does he keep taking it back?
Could be an issue on Square's part. I guess we won't know for sure until we know the rough release date for KH3 so let's say 10 years from now at least? XD

It's so bizarre to me when I see this thread. I still remember people actively posting before Hikki's hiatus, and Raul-kun who was the biggest Hikki stan (the OP of this thread actually). I'm really glad Hikki's come back full force, but it's so weird how time passes so quickly.

I wasn't a member here back then but I am familiar with Raul, being one of the more well known BoA fans ^^ Not to mention it really doesn't feel like 5 years has passed since the beginning of Hikki's hiatus.

I have to say though it sounds like they took a vocal melody and instrumental from 2 different songs and put them together lol
It sounds a lot of her past few releases, which I love, but I was really hoping for something more epic along the likes of Hikari or Passion /: Still can't wait for the full song though!
