If you think about it, many American songs have "sex-powered" lyrics. I'm sure ya'll heard of Britney/Aguilera's songs before. There are many others ...i'm just naming the "what seems to be popular". Anyways, yeah.. i think it's the American trend to have these type of sexual lyrics, so lets hope this song is a smash HIT!
It's not like BoA chose the lyric, as it was said that it was chosen by the company over thousands of songs. They think this one will sell well (the best they think they have found apparently).
That's all to it. And if you think it's too sexual for your taste, listen to some other songs.
I find this song great to listen to. It has a great beat.
When i listen to it, i knew that it was cheesy, but i liked that cheesyness. I didn't listen to it thinking it's sexual or anything. However, I have thought about the sexuality the song might contain. I'm not stupid, so yes i know what you guys mean, but i listen to the song as it is.
Try not to think too deep. Just think of it as deep cheesy old school love WITH A CRAZY BEAT! Man i love it!
I just gotta say this before i end this.
It's not wrong to listen to these type of lyrics, unless you're bounded by your religion. It's perfectly healthy to have those thoughts once in awhile =)
I know that you know that i know what i mean.
I don't know if these make sense to you or not, i'm just saying what's in my head. I think some ppl need some senses knocked into them.
Don't start an argument with me because of what i said. Keep your opinion about my opinion to yourself. Leave me alone. It's for the best.
We Fans Rock! But of course, we can't do that without BoA.

When I first saw you I knew nothing's like it used to be
Boy you have got to be the finest thing in history
The way I feel inside is just so hard to understand
You'd be my appetite in ways I can't explain
I'll eat you up
(Right Now, Your Love)
I'll eat you up
(Right Now, Your Love)
(Woah)
I'll eat you up
(Woah)
So yum yum
(Woah)
Can't get enough
(Woah oh oh)
I think I'm in love
If you move any closer boy there is no guarantee
What I will do to you I fear it and it's scaring me
Like I've become some kind of demon in the night
You look so tasty I could eat you up alive
I'll eat you up
(Right Now, Your Love)
I'll eat you up
(Right Now, Your Love)
(Woah)
I'll eat you up
(Woah)
So yum yum
(Woah)
Can't get enough
(Woah oh oh)
I think I'm in love
I'll eat you up
(Right Now, Your Love)
I'll eat you up
(Right Now, Your Love)
(Woah)
I'll eat you up
(Woah)
So yum yum
(Woah)
Can't get enough
(Woah oh oh)
I think I'm in love
Can't stop thinking 'bout the things I wanna do to you
If you move any closer you'd be asking for it too
I want your love
I need your touch
So much I think I'm in love
I'll eat you up
(Right Now, Your Love)
(Woah)
I'll eat you up
(Woah)
So yum yum
(Woah)
Can't get enough
(Woah oh oh)
I think I'm in love
I wanna take you to my room
Wanna take you to my room
(Woah)
I'll eat you up
(Woah)
So yum yum
(Woah)
Can't get enough
(Woah oh oh)
I think I'm in love
(I'll eat you up)
(I'll eat you up)
(I'll eat you up)
(I'll eat you up)

I dunno about the "Right now" part; it just sounds like "Your love, your love" to me. But I could be wrong.
And yeah, the OP's ear-transcribed lyrics could use some polishing.

I think this lyrics version makes much more sense:
'You'd be my appetite in ways I can't explain' doesn't make sense. Its always sounded like to me she's singing 'you feed my appetite in ways I can't explain' And I thought she was singing 'I eat you up' not 'I'll eat you up'

if you watch one of the eat you up making videos you get a glimpse of the lyrics on the sheet of paper that BoA is singing with
if my eyes have not failed me i think it's "your love, your love" as well
yeh, and I dont think its 'you'd be my appetite' --that somehow doesnt seem grammatically correct. "You fill my appetite in ways I can't explain' would probably fit better. I mean...you can't be anyone's appetite
