my friend recently had to reinstall her windows and now itunes doesn't show korean characters (before this happened asian characters were displayed correctly)
she installed the korean language pack and she can see korean in firefox and msn but for some reason it still doesn't show up in itunes which i find really odd
is there anything else she can do to get korean to show up on itunes?
she's running windows xp and itunes 8.2 (she believes)

A Korean language pack for Windows?? I don't think there exists one. Although I don't use Windows XP often I think your friend must look in Control Panel > Regional Settings. At one of the tabs she can mark a checkbox to add support for almost all Asian languages. Be sure your friend has the original Windows CD to extract the needed files from.
