Here is my version without subs though.
A reasonable low file size of just 22.2 MB providing "simular quality". The beginning part is still stuttering, but has no interlacing artifacts [problem here
]. Not going into detail how I "temporary" fixed this. Also notice the brown floor where namie is standing on is less "broken apart". Dithering helps here. If I really wanted to have a smooth playback at the beginning there are two more options.
1) Bob or Deinterlace and end up with duplicate frames
2) Go through all the frames manually
While 1 would give myself less effort it surely hurts compression in some way. 2 is insane. I don't see myself going through 8801 frames manually from the source. That's just madness. This is just a perfect example telecine in NTSC sucks. Interlacing is a problem enough already. If everything was progressive already it's already soo much less problems fixing video.
Even if I had the subs the filesize wouldnt differ much. Maybe 1 - 2 MB.
This video has VFR. 29.970 FPS as shown on the screencap is the assumed frame rate.
