Easy, its the most over hyped.
ps3 is gota b the sweetiest game console ever, why?
I don't think its how many games it can hold, but the quality of the games.
the last crazy technology, the disc, Blu-Ray:
Blu-Ray is developed by lots of technology companies working as a team, its way bigger than a dvd disc ( single layer 25 GB dual layer 50 GB) . normal dvd disc is read by a RED lazer, but a Blu-Ray disc is read by a ultra violent blue ray (thats where the name comes from) that can read way smaller, so the dics is more compacked..... ( imagine how many games a blu-ray can hold.... *shiverz*....)
If you've played games on both the previous Xbox and Ps2 you will appreciate the power of the Xbox alot more, otherwise you will only have eyes for the Ps. I can only think of 2 things that the Ps has over the xbox. 1. The Final Fantasy games, which I don't like and in my opinion are better on the PC. 2. The size of the console, but consoles are not made to be portable so it doesn't really matter much. Based on that, I will stick with the Xbox. But no doubt the Ps has made an improvement, although its too late to win my money.
now the 'official' war between microsoft's XBOX 360 and PS3 has began... but just look at XBOX's feture and PS3's... its a little obious whos gota win

Right now the Gamecube, PS2 and Xbox all seem to have a solid library of games in general. I say in general because apparently a lot of people like the games that are exclusive to the Xbox. However, very few of the Xbox games appeal to me. I have all three in my home, but I've only touched the Xbox for NASCAR Thunder and Full Spectrum Warrior. I haven't even played the Gamecube, at all.
Top played games on my PS2:
Ace Combat 5: Unsung War - 35 hours logged
Final Fantasy X - 65 hours logged
Xenosaga: Der Wille Zur Macht - 85 hours logged
Final Fantasy X-2 - 115 hours logged
Silent Line: Armored Core - Probably 30 hours
Armored Core 3 - Probably about 60 hours
Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies - Probably 35 hours
Gran Turismo 4 - Probably over 70 hours (so far, I just got it three weeks ago)
Gran Turismo 3 A-spec - Highly likely got more hours than all the above games combined (had it when it first came out)

Last time around, microsoft made a better console than sony. The xbox by far, overpowered the ps2. I was so glad I decided to go with the xbox and not the ps2. So I will stick with the xbox360 when its time to pick up a new console.
It doesn't matter if the xbox over power the PS2. No matter how power the console is if I don't like the games on it then it will be useless it is the games that make the console. Anyway most of the games that I really like is on the PS2 like metal gear solid, final fantasy X, Grand Turismo 3/4, Initial D etc...
