Your workout/healthy eating habits?

curious to how some of you stay fit or physically active =)

as for me im trying to eat healthy daily by eating ALOT of fruit and avoiding like fast foods. Also about 4 times a week I go to a gym:

20 mins cardio
stretching
4 sets of 25 for sit ups (with rest)
free weights usually 3 sets of 10
Leg press 3 sets of 10
and something to work out the pectorals (duno what the machine is called)

what are yours!!

i play tennis 1-2 hours everyday and i eat lots of oranges
that's the only thing healthy about me lol

aside from that, i eat junk food / bad stuff like 6 times a day :D

i used to go to the gym once a week but i sorta mucked around with freinds.. =D

ahaha TRYING to eat healthy...=)
its very difficult to do when you live in a society filled with junk food and fast food =p

I dance. I don't eat fast food unless its starbucks or ice crem places ^.^. I eat lots of apples.

i just eat whatever i want, but i try not to eat too much, as for working out, i do push-ups, sit ups, and i jog almost everyday, unless i'm lazy or busy

eating habits: i tend to avoid deep fried food and cook with less oil~ and more veg and fruits

workout:
I dance everyday for about 1 hr~
then i'll do cardio about 30 mins
dance moves about 10 mins

just do basic push-ups.. n dont eat any fatty oily food... best exercise to build upper body strength is pull-ups!!!!!!!

I do 45 minutes on an exersize bike every day in my fitness class. I also have a treadmill, a bike (sort of), and weights at home that I use on a daily basis. And.. I usually do about 200 crunches a day and I TRY to do some pushups but I hate that so not too often.. -_- lol

I just eat healthy, I haven't been doing much excercise because its too hot to do much of anything. And plus, my stomach can't really digest alot of fatty things like meat...makes me sick.

My healthy diet is eat anything i like. you only gain weight when you start worrying about it. I have been 158lbs for the last five years with no diet.

My excercise besides doing basic exercises is playing video games. i have the strongest thumbs in the world.

^ We ALL have a diet, whether it's eating pizza or eating healthy.

@ Mikenyhk: Yeah, but you gotta do more than upper body mate. -_- I hope you also realise that a pull up is not the opposite of a push up.

And I can't be bothered waiting for Dan anymore. I'm not gonna tell you what happens in a week so I'll just tell you guys what happens in a day -_-

Being unemployed AND out of school AND having little dependence on sleep has given me loads of free time. After I'm done on the net here I plan on spending an hour and a half to two hours working on flexibility and abdominal muscle strength. I'll go bludge for a while after that, might watch Office Space or play a game. Later I plan on doing a simple general weight routine that may last an hour. I'll probably bludge again, and then later I'll head off to Aikido training.

Today I will probably eat lots and lots of fruit and some salad, as usual ;)

Fruits are ubergood for you guys! Just beware that fruit can give you a sugar rush, so follow it up with a salad, nuts or something to slow it down if you can.

I work out at least an hour 5 days a week. A protein shake everyday and a ton of fruit. Other than that, I eat almost anything, but I don't drink pop very often.
