My computer is lame and didn't come with a good word processor--and no, Wordpad doesn't count. So does anyone here know of a good, freeware, downloadable word processor? All I really need is a word count feature and page count, maybe something similar to MS Works Word.

You don't need to link me directly to it; just a name will suffice. I can always google it.

Thanks in advance.

Gah, that sucks.
I haven't tried this one out myself, but I've heard it's good: Download Open Office Suite, which I believe comes with Open Office Writer.
