Get Your BoAjjang Wristband!

11 September 2006 - 05:46 PM

We stopped selling BoAjjang wristbands the past few months, which is why so many emails went unaswered. This was due to various personal problems.

So, if you want a wristband, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "BoAjjang Wristbands". Please include your full name, address, and quantity wanted.

USD $3 per band if you live in the US and USD $5 if you live elsewhere. We will only take cash orders. No exceptions, we're dealing with minute amounts of money here. What little profit is made will go towards the site itself. Supplies are limited. A couple hundred bands have already been shipped out, so if we run out, we'll make more.

If you're new to BoAjjang or you simply don't know about our bands, then continue reading.
Crimson red, made of industrial strength polished silicone, and bearing the words "BoAjjang.com" as well as BoA's name in Korean and Chinese, these bands are a sure 'must-have' for any true BoA fan. A closeup is shown below. Promote BoA as well as the largest English BoA fansite, and look good doing it! The bands are currently available in only one size (to keep costs down). They are 7-3/4" in circumference.

What do you do when someone says, "Step Back!"?

06 August 2006 - 05:32 PM

/yet another jwu poll. except this time, it's about something that happened today.

So, I'm at the new IKEA in West Sac. I'm standing in line at the little restaurant/cafe on the 2nd floor (a very long line I might add) when all of a sudden, this fat nutritionally challenged woman in front of me turns around, gives me a piercing look, and yells, 'Step back! You're too close.' Now I'm keeping the normal amount of distance, i.e., the same amount everybody else in line is giving. And at this point, I was behind her for about 5 minutes already. So, I look around and everyone is looking at that woman as if she was crazy (she probably is a little mentally disturbed), some are shaking their heads.

So, what would you do? You can scroll up and vote now. :]
I pretended I didn't speak English. Well to be more precise, I smiled and pretended I was Japanese, a non-Asian's stereotypical view of a Japanese man that is, with the whole over-exaggerated bowing and HAI! HAI! HAI! things.

Her reaction: she turns away as if nothing happened. I then have a very good laugh (at the woman's expense) with the people behind me in line.
OOC: West Sac's IKEA is nice. But I like the organization of the one in Schaumburg (Illinois) more.
