In Topic: how do you exercise??

I am a total exercise buff, but lately I admit I have been lagging, so thank you for making this thread! It helps to see how others incorporate exercise into their busy days. Anyway, in high school and still today, I played DDR to lose weight, and let me tell you it really works! I would do it until I was sweating up a storm and sometimes until my legs wouldn't respond anymore lol. Now I try to play the Wii Fit Plus, because of all of the Yoga, Pilates, and other exercises. When I can't do that, I do some 10 or 15 minute workout DVDs which work different parts of the body, and it really is intense and does work. I saw someone put P90X, and I heard it does work, but I can't afford it
