Does anybody play GuildWars?

26 April 2007 - 07:06 PM

I know this community is not huge on gaming, but some of us are still out there! I do spend alot of my time on GW and it would be great to play along side with the BoaJjang community. So please share your IGN (in game name) and maybe we can join up forces. I usually just play PvE and avoid PvP, its just not my taste.

Here are some pic...

How to convert .flv to .mpeg or .avi

09 April 2006 - 10:04 AM

Riva FLV Encoder 2

I've downloaded this program it and offers a 30 day trial. More than enough time right?
I've check if it installs spyware.....nope, its a clean program.
I also tested out this software, as far as I can tell, I can convert .flv to .mpeg

Other known problems,
It seems like the program is unstable at times.
For example, you start converting files, the program wont respond back, BUT atleast it gets done converting the video.

Sorry for making a whole new topic over this, but it seems like topic is closed.
As a reminder, please check with the rules and regulation.
Please do not ask about serial numbers or crack patches.

A new way of sharing?

08 March 2006 - 06:25 AM

Me and my friends use this program called Hamachi.

Think - LAN over the Internet.
Think - Zero-configuration VPN.
Think - Secure peer-to-peer.

Access computers remotely. Use Windows File Sharing. Play LAN games. Run private Web or FTP servers. Communicate directly. Stay connected.
Basically, we use our own private network to make our own connection. No-one can else can join in (unless the person gives out the password for the network access, but you'll be able to see how many computers are connected.) You can share any type of files over the network at any size. Just that the bandwith is the factor here.

I think this is a great program, is a small file free from adware or spyware. Best of all, its FREE! Its simple and easy to use.
Here is a sample of a few screen shots if you want to take a look at the simple steps to set it up.

What do you think about it? I'm thinking about sharing my techno songs again, but I dont want to upload all 35gb of it and no-one downloads it and the link dies...(or having some idiot block the link).
