Okay, so I've revised my opinion on Brown Eyed Girls... I listened to Ga-In and Jea do a slower, jazzier rendition of "Again and Again" and while I'm not fond of Ga-In's vocals, OMG, Jeaaaaaa <3  And Miryo!  Girl's the cloest to Tasha in terms of rapping.  I listened to her rap on MKMF and was flippin' WOW-ed.  The rest of BEG is stil... yeah, kinda not sure on.  Narsha's voice is still fudging annoying.  It's like... chipmunk sqeaky, lols, on the high notes.  Still not wowed by them... but maybe I'll grow to like them more.

Hmm... not a fan of that group from DSP, Rainbow or something.  Ew, I didn't even listen to "Gossip something," just... horrible.  Not fond of them at all.

Not a fan of T-ara either; their vocals are frankly put, crappy and rather weak.  Er, no, I'd pick CSJH over them anyday.

Btw... I am officially a Tiger JK and Tasha fan.  Holy crap can T rap; she puts every other female "rapper" out there to shame.  It's like at the MKMF Female Rappers Segement, started out pretty cool w/Miryo, gets kinda boring w/the 4Minute girls... and then Tasha comes out and it's just BAM!  She owned all of them and just rapping for what,1, 2 minutes?  Girls KILLED it.  And Tigeerr, OMG, "Monster" is amazing, it's so raw and original and different.  The energy in it, the sheer emotion in it... and his live is even better, freakin' hell yeah.  I'm sorry, but Tiger JK > male idol rappers.  Just my opinion.

And I just listened to a video of Sunghee singing "Listen" by Beyonce and OMFG, THIS GIRL HAS GOT TO GET BACK INTO THE MUSIC INDUSTRY, HOPEFULLY AS A SOLOIST BECAUSE A VOICE LIKE THAT CAN'T GO UNRECOGNIZED!!!!!  *spazzes spazzes*  Doesn't match Lina's, but DANG can that girl sing!

2ne1. The only one I like is CL. The others I can't stand, all for different reasons.

Demi Lovato. The girl screams her way through every single she's ever released (except maybe that tinker bell song she did, but there was definitely some screaming)

All the newest kpop girl groups like f(x), JQT, Secret, HaM etc. Basically the ones who have debuted within the last two months, I can not listen to any of their songs without cringing or getting bored out of my mind. That is, except for Rainbow from DSP. I'm warming up to them because of their songs "I Believe" and "Kiss".

Not sure if this guy counts but Cory Montieth from the cast of Glee. (He plays Finn, the guy who thinks he knocked up Quinn but doesn't know the real father is his best friend Puck.) Anyway, he's supposed to be the best male singer on the cast given how much attention his character gets for singing BUT imo he has the weakest voice of all the male singers on the show, so I can't like him because I think he's over rated.

• Clever Lyrics with Celebrity references (Matt Damon and Angelina Jolie)
  
• Meaningful song about the dangers of the real world, truth of reality
  - Realizing there's no prince charming, its hard to find real people to trust and love
  - Even if you have "everything" (beauty, intelligence, etc.) you can't guarantee success
  - Life sucks
  
• Contemplating suicide at the last part of the song for her failures and loneliness
  
• "Please don't do that to my heart" is what Shakira says in a broken manner at the end of the song

• "Every night I pray, that you don't knock her up, cause I still want to be the mother of your child!"
  
•   "Cause I'm fragile, and you broke my heart in two, but you just smiled, like it's all the same to you!"

LOL, well a fan!  but i disagree, to win them over you need might a live balled like la pared or despidida.  but these are good examples of her unique sounds and diversity.

I don't know why, but I can't really get into Korean boy groups other than SHINee, although I can tolerate seeing them perform. (My music library is ALL females + SHINee + a German band   ) I'll watch them, thinking they're really good, then they're done, they move on to the next performer, and that's the end of it. (Although, I do like DBSK's single for Athena)

As for Lady Gaga, I like a few of her songs, but others are just like WTF?? And her image is weird... but I admit, there are a few of her outfits I actually like. But other than that, I prefer not to look at her.

And I don't get rock music... at all. Except for that German band.

lee hyori - same like girls gerneration . Also it makes me made when people say she sales more than BoA i mean BoA's lowest selling work is hyori's highest . None the less that No.1 out solde her whole discography so yeah:)

Lady Gaga: A big NO for me. Nothing special about her. All those weird stuffs she did, other artists already done it before her.
Justin Bieber: I think I don't need to comment about this one.
Rihanna: The umbrella songs just makes me mad!!!!

AKB48: They are just like another Morning Musume.

Big Bang, BEAST, 2PM etc: Just don't like them. Too much rapping and their make ups....
2NEL: Too heavy makeups and too much autotune in their songs. They can't really dance from what I see.
4 Minutes: Honestly, I know they are singing Korean but It's too messy that I don't even know what they are singing.
KARA: Just don't like them. Their songs are just so-so if wanna compare to BoA but their butt dance makes them famous and sell more CDs. Although some of them are pretty.
Afterschool: I heard their "BANG" songs. It gives me g.o.o.s.e.b.u.m.p.s. They can still even released something like that....
Wondergirls: The st*pid song "Nobody". It's irritating.
