I want to make a quotation, and this quotation contains a quotation.
But i can do it.

We don't allow that type of double quoting. But if you want to quote multiple people (the other person that might of be originally quoted first) you can click the "multiquote" button in the bottom right corner and click as many people you want.

But, sometimes, i see people who make a double quotation.
The first in green, the second in purple.

^ I wondered the same before cuz many times I wanted to make double quotation, but then I found out it's not allowed so I gave up
So do the Mods have the ability to do that? And why is it not allowed to mems ?

When I click "Reply" to quote Hiten's post, it didn't include his quotes. What InuBoA did was "manual" quoting, it will not include ID,time of post and you have to copy the content manually to put in the quote.

Yep. Of course you can do it "manually" like that, but it will take a lot of extra work - which shouldn't be needed since it's a built-in function in IPB forum, somehow the Admins in BoAjjang decided to disable it for everyone. I honestly don't understand why, maybe many "layers" of quotation will affect the speed of loading in forum? I believe there must be a reason for it to be disabled.

It's not about fast connection or not, extra work means you gotta quote, copy & paste a lot of times, instead of just clicking the "Reply" or "Multi-quote" button.

The function was included in the IPB for a reason - to make multi-quoting is simpler than before. But I agree it must somehow sacrifice the speed of loading the page, or maybe even the bandwith?  
But to be honest, I would sacrifice a little speed to have the convenience
