BoA looks absolutely stunning in the elegant dress, totally suit the title of the queen of k-pop though its for a japanese event. Anyway like all fans here, I prefer BoA with long hair as well as letting her hair down. But think about it, many artists can pull off the long hair look regardless of their face shapes or features. BoA, on the other hand, have the face shape to pull off the 'bun' hairstyle, which not many female artists can do so... our BoA definitely has a wide variety of pretty looks:)

Somehow i think BoA's recent style (bun look) is a deliberate attempt to make her look like an experienced, sophisticated women who have created a huge impact in k-pop and possibly J-pop too (with her k-pop influence). Its like this hairstyle does demand attention and respect from all the novice singers out there (i have no problem with it:)).

BoA looks absolutely stunning, comports herself like a princess, and the dress is breathtaking.  I would have liked to see her wearing a regal diamond necklace with this.  She looks so regal!

@stufi105: Haters gonna hate.  I wish her fans would post to counter the haters, but they've probably learned it's useless fighting with such people.

@2boamystar: I don't normally like the upswept hair, either (her free-flowing hair is one of her loveliest features), but in this case, it's appropriate.  Very princess-like.

I think this dress is suitable for the long hair or the long-curly hair (i don't know how to call it because i'm not girl hahaha)

I like her hair down, too. However, I think this dress was supported to compliment the neck and shoulders, right?
I prefer Taylor Swift's hairstyle in Love Story MV for this dress ^^

I totally agree with you. I think the bun is deliberate to make her look older and grander (if there's such a word). it looks good on her if done right but sometimes it totally ruins her and make her look like an ahjumma.
