Err yes it is cheaper but the mailing will cost Europeans a lot. Also isn't Europe imposing a carbon tax? So anything that goes via airplane or ship will be more expensive. If you live in Europe, you're going to have to pay a lot more for things, especially with your Kyoto Protocol agreement. And I don't think wages are getting higher there either.

Canada is very similar to Europe (we have insanely high taxes and many things are imported), but the USA is only a few hours drive so we can just hop over the border to buy cheap things. And we didn't agree to the Kyoto Protocol (because they were going to charge Canada billions of dollars for carbon tax, pfft no way...)

^ Agree with Mashiamro-san. The cost of the items would be cheaper, but when you plus the cost for shipping over to Europe, it'll be a lot more expensive, not to mention whatever fee may occur when you transfer the money for the person who will ship it for you. Aso the complication of what if that person won't ship for you then you will loose both of your $ & item :-s
Why don't you try Amazon or eBay instead of Sephora website? They ship overseas on most of items.
