Hi everyone, I'm new in this forum ! I want to ask how to change member title on your profile? plus how to upload signature using ur own image ? thanks

Hello there! Welcome to the forum (: Nice to meet you by the way!

To change member title:

• on the left hand side you'll see your username (with an arrow pointing down beside your name)
  
• click on it. Then something pops up underneath it, go look for 'My Settings' and click!
  
• you'll end up on the 'My Settings' page (make sure you're on 'General Account Settings'
  
• scroll down to profile information and you'll see 'member title'
  
• lastly, type in whatever you want your member title to be!

To upload signature using (using your own image)

• first, upload your photo onto a site such as imageshack
  
• copy the link of your photo (when it is full size)
  
• go to My settings
  
• on the right hand side, click on Signature
  
• underneath there will be Edit Signature
  
• on the tabs there will be an icon that has a picture of a tree (?)
  
• click on it, a box will pop up and paste your link (of your photo) into the space
  
• lastly, just design your signature if you want to add text (quite easy)

I can only found 'Edit my About Me page' and 'Your Birthday' on the profile information page ! do  I have to post a certain amount of posts before I can change my member title? I also got this error while saving change to my signature after uploading it to imageshack  [#10210] You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community.

You might need to have a certain amount. What is the title you want? I can change it.

Also, you aren't using the right link from imageshack. You need to use the "direct link" and put that in the box with the tree.

I think I'll just post a certain amount post and change it myself so It will challenge me to be active in the forum

Sorry for not making it clear for you. Here I'll try this way to make things more easier ^^ (STEP BY STEP!)

To upload signature

Before starting, go to a picture sharing site, but the most recommended is imageshack. Then make an account. (really easy to sign up)


After making your account, go click the browse button and select which ever photo you want to upload.


2. The photo you selected will be shown in the bar, and make sure if its the right one you chose ^^
3. Click UPLOAD NOW


After the photo is down uploading, another page will appear.
4. Click VIEW FULL SIZE


Once you've clicked, a page will appear with the photo you have chosen, but in full size
5. Copy the link given in the URL


Now, go to boajjang & on the right top side you'll see your username (underlined in the photo above)
Click on your name and a box will appear underneath it.
6. You will see MY SETTINGS, click!


After it will lead you to the MY SETTINGS page. Also, it will automatically lead you to the Profile Settings - GENERAL ACCOUNT SETTINGS
7. On the left hand side you will see SIGNATURE, click!


Next you will end up on this page. Make sure you know what is allowed in order to make your signature (underlined in the photo above)
8. Along the icons, you will see a small icon of a tree, click!


After you've clicked the tree icon, this box will appear.
9. Paste the link of your photo into the bar
10. Click OK


11. Then your signature will appear in the box!
12. There are other things you could add in (like text, links etc) just click on the icons provided
13. Lastly, once you are all done remember to click SAVE CHANGE

There you go! Hope this is all clear to you. If you are still confused or having problems, just message! I'll be glad to help ^^

Hello! I'm also new to this forum and I can't seem to find the 'member title' change. Do you have to have a certain number of posts to change it? Right now mine says 'Who's BoA?'
If you can only change it after a certain number of posts can the default please be changed to something that doesn't seem so sad for a long time BoA fan like me? ^^"

I know before you had to reach 1000 posts to change your tittle, however, it was lifted to anyone can change their tittle already, I think.
If you are eligible to change tittle, it can be found like this :
1- Click on your ID on the top right corner of forum page, next to 'Sign out'
2- Go to 'My Settings'
3- Look for the tab "Profile information" located between 'Friends' & 'Contact method'
The Member tittle should be in this tab, all you need to do is erase the one in there & type in whatever you desire.

Oh I see. I asked Cori too, and it looks like you will need to pass 100 posts / 1000 posts ^^"

We are looking into changing the default member titles. We would like to make them BoA related, so if ANY members have any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated !
