I think some people think that it was pushed back because of that website that had those October release dates. The director has already stated though that no official dates have been released so the ones posted on that page were faked. So officially there haven't really been any push backs that we know of. We only knew of a possible summer release, which didn't happen.

In the Netherlands it still says Juli 2013, Germany June 19, 2014. And Germany is confirmed
