Does anyone know any jpop or jrock groups or singers that sound nice??

Aya Matsuura! So underrated here. She has a beautiful voice. >O She's my favorite.
I also like Natsumi Abe, Maki Goto, Morning Musume, Berryz Koubou, W, and C-ute.
Of course there's Ayumi Hamasaki, Utada Hikaru, Ai Otsuka and others too~ = =
And L'Arc en Ciel for Jrock <3

since you have AnCafe as your siggy, i assume you might be into VK j-rock more than others (maybe not, i dunno)

my VK loves: hide (the only celebrity I would stalk down if not for the fact he's dead), Dir en Grey (old stuff's better), MUCC (love love love love LOVE, they're so physically ugly but their music makes them HAWT!), Kagerou (took me a while to get into), merry (they have a jazzy sound, really nice!)

Regular j-rock: l'arc (all-time fav), fake? (damn good as well), the Pillows, Asian Kung Fu Generation


j-pop: T.M.Revolution (really nice beat), Gackt (some of his stuff could be considered as "rock," but IMO, he doesn't produce enough fast-paced songs to completely qualify as a rock artist, no way)

if you want boy band: Arashi (really good voice despite the fact they're a boy band), Kinki Kids



there's also Kattun, NewS, W-inds, and about 1000 other boy bands if you wanna drool over their hot faces and bods, BUT personally I think they're got the looks, just not the goods.

One of my favorite JPop singers that no one has mentioned yet is Maaya Sakamoto. Most of her songs are for various anime shows, but she has a really pretty voice. I also like the band Do As Infinity (Jpop with a few rock-ish songs) a lot. They broke up last year, which was sad, but they were able to make a lot of really great music in their 6 (maybe 7) years as a band.
