So I worked at Best Buy for 3 years now, and I must say the news reports were right. This year was really dead compared to previous years. Eh well less work for me LOL

jesus, i got to my local Best Buy at 3 AM on black friday, and the line already stretched around the whole block. There were at least 1000 people already on line.
it's a pretty big block by the way -__________-
So me and my friends opted to go to the local mall, which had...nothing. This year really sucked lol

whoa....ppl camping out at 3Am.........that makes boxing day look like a joke. Shopping in the US on black friday seems more worth it than boxing day in Canada. The so called 'sales' are rip-offs.

I am still thinking how many shoppers are actually American citizens. There is a potential that some of them are Canadian and there is a huge potential that there are tons of shoppers from Europe.
Honestly, if the Canadian dollar kept going up past $1.1 US/CAN dollar, many Canadians would've gone down south. I would if I could.

Congratulations on your purchases. I don't like going shopping on Black Friday. I just rather buy everything full price and not have to bitch at anyone.
