i know how to read but i'm not sure if my translations is right since i;m guessing it's a proverbs
"man sa hyeong tung, du ru pyeong an" peace and prosperity through out thousands of years
i don't really know about the 사 part because if its included the literal translation is 40.000 years ?? but the general idea is a good blessings
