I get about 4- 5 hours of sleep on average. I really want to sleep more but sadly there isn't enough hours in a day for me to sleep that much. You know college students don't get enough sleep =p

yeah. people who likes cars and/or enjoy driving usually likes driving manual cars because you have more control over the car and it's fun.

1) How much you should step on the gas depends on the car you're driving. Keep on experimenting on how much to step on the gas. You should get it to stop jerking with practice.

2) Same thing, each car is different. Just keep driving and you'll find the biting point.

So yeah, I agree with the people that commented before me, it just comes down to practice and getting to know your car.
