Anyone know where is the picture in the middle at the left is from?

How did the uploader get this!! I know samsung have been using smtown@LA performances for their TVs in electronics stores but to literally get his/her hands on the DVD is just...

This somehow hints to me that the DVD is actually ready!! SMTown@Seoul will have a DVD too right? Because I really want to watch "Let Me" in HD!!
