honestly, i'm leaning more towards the fan's side. yeah she was pretty close, a little too close for comfort, but she wasn't all over him or anything. she was taking a pic from where she was standing, not all up in his face. and he's a CELEBRITY. having pictures taken of you kinda comes with the package. he coulda just pushed the camera away instead of taking it .. she probably would've have gotten the hint. srsly ... that's borderline stealing.
yeah he's human, but he's a FAMOUS human. famous people have different standards than everyday people. i'm not saying that because he's famous that he has to always listen to his fans, but as a celebrity he needs to watch what he does a little more than others since people look up to him.
