^ Oh I do agree with you! books contribute a very small portion in the pollution & waste of the earth. For me the main reason would be the convenience, to be able to carry a lot of books in one device ( says I'm going on a trip for 3 weeks, I can carry 3 books with me without adding extra weight to my luggage
), also it's just easier to look for book online nowadays, I can stay at home and get a book into my device for less than 30s.

p.s :
I'm curious to know what a book-lover think about e-books and e-readers devices nowadays? I do love the smell of new papers from traditional books and I admit I do miss that smell sometimes.
However, I find myself reading exclusively on my Nook more and more. I find it a lot more convenient, you can carry literally your entire book shelf in one little tablet. It also helps saving trees !
What's your thought?

Well.. what I kind of mean is that I wanted an estimate price range from cheapest to highest so take iphones for example, it can range from $400-$700 depending where you get it. :S
So vaguely speaking, here: for laptops and desktops it can cost as low as $150 or as high as $3000 ( 925 rmb to 30,000 rmb)
Amazon sounds like a great idea. I got mine from Amazon before I got the credit cards for Bestbuy
