Well, I'm just curious of what costumes fellow BJJ-ers are wearing for Halloween!

Weight Questions

Well I have some questions related to weight...

1. Any good exercises that will help get rid of fat on the stomach area and thighs?
2. Can the drink V8 Splash be part of a healthy diet? [I've been drinking it and it's really good xD]
3. When you start losing weight around your thighs, will the stretch marks disappear?
4. Any suggestions on ways to break the habit of eating fatty foods and seconds?
5. How often should I exercise per day?
6. Any suggested brands of food that can be part of a healthy diet/snack? [If possible, can you also name the food from that brand?]

I'm trying to lose weight before my graduation dance and summer '09. Plus my mom is bugging me to lose some pounds because I'm heavier than her and about the same height so like yeah...

So any tips? Thanks in advance ^.^

My problem is about the videos. I know how to download them and everything but when I upload them, they either are in the "Movies" section or they just don't come up anywhere at all. They are supposed to by music videos.

My questions are...

     Why don't they come up?
     Why are they added in the "Movie" section?
     How do I put them in the "Music Video" section?
     Why do the videos freeze a lot but the song keeps going?

Sorry for asking a lot, I hope someone helps though =]

I need some help on how to make a picture fade into the background. I am currently using Adobe Photoshop and I need help.

On the outside you see that it is fading. How do you make a regular square/rectangle picture fade on the outsides?

Can anyone please tell me the names of all the albums (Plus the Year/years that the album was released) by Evanescence?

Albums known:

Fallen - Date Released: Not Known
The Open Door - Date Released: Not Known

*For albums that aren't in the list, I would like the album picture. (OPTIONAL)

Can anyone also provide random pictures of Evanescence?
(Can be a picture of each person in the band)
